"Run, run, run as fast as you can......

...you can't catch me I'm a Gingerbread Man..!" Here is one very happy Jai with his completed gingerbread man! I searched in all my cook books (and believe me, I have many!) for a gingerbread man recipe, but to no avail...I rang Tracy and she gave me this lovely recipe that makes a 'fluffy' cake type dough rather than a biscuit dough. The kids went nuts for them as they were very tasty! Jai did a great job decorating them too... I think I did ok too, cutting out the shapes free-hand-another dilema-do you think I could find a cutter in the shape of a man anywhere??!!? At least not a decent sized one, and Jai wasn't up for making gingerbread dwarfs....
