Sunny Queensland!!!

We spent four beautiful days in sunny Queensland for my best friends wedding! Ange and Shane got married on the banks of the Brisbane river and had their reception at a gorgeous little restaurant, called Venus. The day was so beautiful and we had a ball! The following day we spent with them opening their gifts and eating BBQ! On Monday we took a trip out to Moreton Island on the Mi-Cat! It was a lovely lazy day in the sun where we snorkled (I didnt go out too far 'cause Im a chicken and the ocean freaks me out!) lay on the beach and might have gotten a little burnt :(

The kids spent the four days with Nanna Wendy (Stu's mum) and then with Nanna Fitz (my mum) and had a ball! Poor Jai did get gastro though and spewed all over K-mart! That was on Saturday, so by Monday, poor Nanna Fitz had it! We arrived home midnight Monday night so, you guessed it, on Wednesday it was my turn to spew! On Friday it was Bryce's turn and poor Stu has just had 2 days off as well! Touch wood, Leithy bear hasn't had it yet!
