Sunday Funnies are serious business in our house!! Jai asked me for the cartoons out of the paper and when I looked around here he was, perched on the couch with his glasses on (no lens of course!) It was so funny I had to stop myself laughing out loud so I could get this pic without him knowing!

At first I didn't know where the cat started and the teddy finished, it just looked like one giant caramel swirl.....!

When I cant find the toy I want, I simply dive head first into the toy box and begin my search!! I sometimes get stuck but by simply screaming my head off, I get the desired result of a helping hand!"

HAPPY 11th BIRTHDAY BRYCE!!!

How funny is this photo?! Only an Addison boy can pull off this fake, forced smile!!! But hasn't he grown so much??!! When I was making his birthday cake this year I wanted something that reflected Bryce and his personality-what better than a TV?!?! Considering he is addicted to it and we call him "Mike TV" (Charlie & the Chocolate Factory) I was pumped when I found a 'how to..' on this cake! We celebrated with the usual pizza and cake with the family the night before and on his actual birthday a trip to McDonalds! This year he wanted a new mountain bike so everyone pitched in and we got him one that will last him for quite some time!

Leith at 13 mths

I LOVE FOOTY SEASON........

So does Leith!! I think we have found another sportsman in the family!! Leith walks around all day with some kind of ball in his hands, mostly the footy! He absolutely loves them and for only 1, he has a great throw! He lines it up and lets go at the right time and 9 times out of 10 gets it right to you!! Jai was never one for balls when he was a toddler but has just recently started playing footy with Bryce and we are happy to report he has quite a decent kick-just like Bryce! Bryce is playing footy for U11 Mt Evelyn on Sunday mornings (I know, no more sleep ins... :( He has made a huge improvement from his Auskick days and plays in the forward or centre half forward position. Stu and I have decided that we dont mind who Leith or Jai barrak for, as long as its not Essendon!!! Jai has cottoned on to my love of watching the game and eagerly shouts "Carn' the mighty hawgs..!" just like his mum ('cause we are actually having a good start to the season!!) We have reached a compromise in regards to jumpers and have decided to buy 1 Hawthorn and 1 Collingwood (Stu) jumper and cut them down the middle and sew a half each together! Then Leith and Jai can have a jumper each and barrak for both teams-problem solved!! But we dont care who they barrak for....really!
